Never been to Ma Wan before, my friend recommended this beachside restaurant so I travelled all the way to try the dishes.We ordered a Fried Cheese-stuffed Jalapeño, which was a spicy but appetising snack, the melting cheese stuffing was steaming hot and tasted really creamy! It went so well with a glasses of Prosecco too.The Carbonara was on the creamy side but can’t taste much cheese in it, but other ingredients and texture of pasta were OK. We also ordered a Fantasy pizza, which we can choose
We ordered a Fried Cheese-stuffed Jalapeño, which was a spicy but appetising snack, the melting cheese stuffing was steaming hot and tasted really creamy! It went so well with a glasses of Prosecco too.
The Carbonara was on the creamy side but can’t taste much cheese in it, but other ingredients and texture of pasta were OK.
We also ordered a Fantasy pizza, which we can choose 4 toppings: blue cheese, parma ham, prawn and artichoke. The pizza crust was the thin crispy style that I liked the most!
