The starters, dim sum and desserts were all you can eat, and we had a choice of main course. Of course I’d pick the fish maw - the most expensive ingredient out all the other choices - shredded chicken or tofu with pork belly. I wonder if it was because it was quite busy on the weekend, the fish maw wasn’t exactly hot when it got served.
Though the taste of all dimsum was pretty good quality - especially the chicken cartilage siu mai, I thought the food service was way too slow. We almost waited 30 minutes for our first round of dimsum to arrive… so it didn’t exactly impress us!
However, their tea was thankfully good and atmosphere was nice, so we weren’t too bothered waiting for our food to arrive.
A nice try, but I don’t think I’d give all you can eat dimsum another go.
