My family went to this hotpot restaurant for my grandma’s birthday dinner. I am sure this would bring back a lot of memory of most people especially the older generation. The restaurant put a lot of effort to showcase the old Hong Kong with historic decorations. Grandma really enjoyed the environment of the restaurant and she said it’s reminiscent of the housing unit she used to live in.We ordered the pork bone soup base which had simmered for a long time and the soup itself was full of flavour.
We ordered the pork bone soup base which had simmered for a long time and the soup itself was full of flavour. All the hotpot ingredient was fresh and tasted quite good. We had beef, mushroom, tofu, corn, lettuce, shrimp ball and dumplings. The fried fish skin was crispy and tasted very good as well.
Glad that Grandma had a nice meal and we all enjoyed the evening together.
