Canton pot offers comfortable and quality hotpots so I returned again.Not many people have discovered this place so it is nice and quiet.There is a good variety of hotpot broths ranging from:Truffle and matsuke:Lobster flamed in cognac:Korean shortrib:Sichuan broth:The best broths were the mushroom and beef short rib because they are light.I found the Sichuan pot was too spicy even though I usually go for spicy foods.Meats are a must so we had quite a few which were finished fast as they were th

I found the Sichuan pot was too spicy even though I usually go for spicy foods.
Meats are a must so we had quite a few which were finished fast as they were that good.
Personally I liked the lamb because it was soft and tender.
The dumplings were delicious especially the tofu bags filled with mushrooms and the springy dumplings.
Finished with this icecream ball which was coated in chocolate and set alight in rum.
The burnt chocolate had this really nice rum flavour infused in it.
