As I need to work in tst this afternoon, it is a good time for me to savour the Fujiyama 55 tsukemen once more! I ordered the signature rich pork soup tsukemen without any doubt, and it didn’t disappoint me.The soup is hot and rich, with the hard choice of noodles, they taste as good as it can be. I added an extra soft boiled egg, but the yolk is a bit overcooked and not very runny. Will be back next time but some room for improvement.
