Such a good day to visit Enishiya original rich shrimp broth ramen on weekend. Not much crowd for us to enjoy a bowl of hot ramen ☺️Tradition Japan Ramen restaurant interior design with open kitchen. Mouthful of flavours with the first sip of the shrimp broth. Very rich taste of shrimp with rather hard nood

Mouthful of flavours with the first sip of the shrimp broth. Very rich taste of shrimp with rather hard noodle. You may choose between soft, normal and hard base on your preference.
Loved the marinated egg's sweetness.
Salmon Roe & Crab Don
Such a nice thing to have after a hot ramen! Very refreshing, salmon roes are fresh and not too salty. Along with the chopped crab enhanced the texture of the dish.
Freshly home-made wasabi is a brilliant touch as well.
Only thing to complain is that I can never had enough!
