Saw some review in newspaper and decided to give this place a try.The only thing going for them is the TV show newspaper cut out and signs all over the restaurant, just in case you missed that their chef competed on the TVB show.Order a cold mixed vermicelli noodles with beef salad. The portion is SO small I thought they were kidding. I have been to many viet restaurants in HK and had many "low mong" and I couldn't believe what was in front of me!! Order a cold mixed vermicelli noodles with beef salad. The portion is SO small I thought they were kidding. I have been to many viet restaurants in HK and had many "low mong" and I couldn't believe what was in front of me!! Just some cold vermicelli and some thin room temp. beef slices.. no shredded veggies or anything just one small piece of lettuce. So basically a small bunch of noodles + some deli slices = $45.
A bit ridiculous if you ask me. The seating's squashed and the door keeps opening and the hot air keeps coming in.. and the staff service pace's not fast either. Can't think of a reason to go back..
