I haven’t had a meal here but its already giving me headache.So I called a day earlier before i wanted to go for the afternoon tea set. And according to the staff they will send me an email WITH instruction regarding the pre-payment. Having to prepay for an afternoon tea session is already not making much sense to me, but with a terribly presented email with NO information on how to proceed with the payment WHATSOEVER? I called again to ask them to walk me through what I should be doing next but

I called again to ask them to walk me through what I should be doing next but their super arrogant and poor attitude got me even more mad and unsatisfied with the procedure. I wonder how ANYONE can put up with this. No matter how good the food is, no customer is deserved to be treated like this. I hope someone from the shop is reading this and learn how wrong their business model is.
