Hanging around with friends in Kowloon Bay today, we occasionally discovered this coffee shop. I thought that having a cup of coffee might be the best way to start my day. The coffee shop looks quite stylish which make me feel comfortable. I wanted to order Flat White at first but then I saw Doppio Ristretto Flat White on the menu. The coffee shop looks quite stylish which make me feel comfortable. I wanted to order Flat White at first but then I saw Doppio Ristretto Flat White on the menu. Ristretto is a similar thing like espresso but I personally prefer ristretto over espresso. When saying ristretto, it means a lower water flow rate will be used, ristretto only takes the front half of the shot so you can feel the richness and flavor being elevated to a completely different level!!!

Back to my cup of coffee, sipping them into my mouth, you can feel how creamy it is!!! In terms of flavor, it tastes a little bit of bitter. Also, you can hardly taste the sourness of coffee beans.
In fact, there are other kinds of coffee on the menu and I’m sure I’m gonna try them next time!
