Happened to shop at Shatin and my friend brought me to a new spot that I never know it exists in Sha Tin! Roasted spring chicken in rosemary, the herbs does the right job for this dish and the meat is moist and flavors blend in well. The fries come along is great too!
Roasted chrispy whole pork knuckle is huge! 6 of us girls cannot finish it but the skin is very chrispy and the meat is marinated perfectly
US Angus Beef Rib Eye, it legitimately has 9 oz and served medium. It is tender, juicy but didn't wow us. But overall, the restaurant is a good place to go if you want to catch up with friends with western meal
