It was a sweltering Friday night, we arrived in time for OpenRice reservation. Indoor table requested and a staff guided us to the bar counter which end up like sitting next to the stove! Right, it’s air conditioned but windows and doors were wide opened, we couldn’t feel the cool wind. Stocks, Trays and chopsticks were still on the bar counter, and there were leftover on the stool seats. Food were ordinary and overpriced, if you look for authentic Japanese cuisine, don’t come! This is jap food for Caucasians. We finished the food with sweats and asked for the bill. It seemed something went wrong with their machine (or their brain? I’m not sure) and took a bit longer time. Never mind!
The point is, they didn’t confirmed our attendance on OpenRice reservation system over the next 3 days, which is necessary to claim OP promotion. I tried calling 24151333 many times in different hours, they never answered! They just don’t answer the damn phone!Then I tried their FB page messenger, what I have got are canned replies and apologies, not helping at all.
Strip your phone number off from your page if you ever answer the damn phone! What a terrible dining experience! The worst one, not one of them! They shouldn’t be still standing in SOHO.
