It was one my worse experience at this restaurant. First, I had to wait for 30 minutes in a very confusing table waiting system. You could have had a booking, a drop in and leave your mobile, a drop in and waite. I could not really understand how they place the patrons.We order a sampler. It was bad. The food was basically microwaved with soggy fried food.Next, the headache began. We ordered a steak and rib. The food at the other tables all came and we were left there waiting. We asked

It was one my worse experience at this restaurant. First, I had to wait for 30 minutes in a very confusing table waiting system. You could have had a booking, a drop in and leave your mobile, a drop in and waite. I could not really understand how they place the patrons.

We order a sampler. It was bad. The food was basically microwaved with soggy fried food.

Next, the headache began. We ordered a steak and rib. The food at the other tables all came and we were left there waiting. We asked our waiter many times why is it taking so long. She would always check but never appologized for the delay.

I felt like a second class citizen and just brushed off. The table next to us had a very tought rib. They send it back and a new one came and out food did not come.

After about 40 minutes our food came. The rib was burnt, like charcoal. I was too hunger and only sent one of the ribs back and started on the food. By this time, it was close to 1 hour already. The ribs finnaly came back.

The overall experience was not good. Long waite, poor food quality makes me not want to go back.
