Rude staff

The waitresses there are rude. My wife and me went there and wanted to sit on a table next to the glass window, because the view there is amazing. One waitress said ‘that table is reserved’ and offered a table by the wall. After a while (around 30 mins before closing) I asked them again. The waitress kept repeating ‘reserved’ also her attitude was weird. Not only her. Another waitress had the same attitude. Rude, unprofessional and careless. The whole branch is messy. The staff seems like careless. No one sit on the front counter to guide customers. Even the phone, we tried to call a few times before we go but no one picked up the phone.
