Brought a fully-paid coupon a month ago and wanted to redeem it at the restaurant. Upon arrival, the staff took 30 minutes to check it's validity using the App, without letting us to order anything. Then he said there were some technical issues with their system and they could do nothing to solve it, and told us to pay the full price if we wanted to dine in. They were completely unhelpful and irresponsible for their mistakes, while they put the blame on the customers and asked us to call their o
