This is my first time ever to patronise this dessert shop. On noticing waitress to order meal in seat, the waitress didn't bother to approach us by merely peering over cashier to notify us to order and pay at cashier. (meanwhile there were only two tables left occupied.) My friend ordered Coffee sorbet and Macha pancake and requested on separate the bill politely, she boldly refused my friend's request in return by saying she'd not separate it. She disrespected us by turning away and walking back and forth without a reply as though we're invisible. Then I walked toward the kitchen and asked another woman was hectic with whipping cream who was the boss. The women in the kitchen replied that the waitress was the boss. Both of them remained eerily speechless to ignore my complaint. Being treated in such an unpleasant manner, I didn't start eating dessert and asked for a refund while dessert remained untouched. She paid us back and we left at last. The customer was the innocent victim in the crossfire and I didn't swear a single word during my complaint. This was the most unwelcoming experience that I've come across in my life and I truly recommend those who are interested in trying pancake and sorbet not visiting this shop please!!
