Worst service and seating arrangement ever!Fascinated by all the good reviews, we decided to go and have a try on a Sunday morning. Despite having a long queue before us, we patiently waited for at least half an hour before we were seated. The two of us were guided to a small table which was split from 2 small tables combined originally for 4 ppl. There were obviously no 1.5 meters in between or any kind of partition. Fascinated by all the good reviews, we decided to go and have a try on a Sunday morning. Despite having a long queue before us, we patiently waited for at least half an hour before we were seated.
The two of us were guided to a small table which was split from 2 small tables combined originally for 4 ppl. There were obviously no 1.5 meters in between or any kind of partition. A VIOLATION of government’s social distancing measures!!
We raised our concern to the staff immediately and one of the 2 small tables were relocated to the middle of the pathway. While we were the first ones to be seated and could choose among the 2 tables, the other table was already occupied by the couples behind us in the queue when the staff was arranging the table. Eventually we were forced to sit in the middle of the pathway near the cashier with staff and customers walking around. Super annoying and unfair bad seating arrangement!!
Feeling unwelcomed by the staff with bad service, we left the restaurant without ordering any food at the end with great disappointment. Rise Kitchen also falls from my to-try list to my forever blacklist.
