Visited “Pho Sai Gon Vietnamese Cuisine “ at Wan Chai with my mom the other day. Instead of being a traditional Vietnamese restaurant, it’s more like a fusion of Viet and Thai.We ordered a crunchy bread toast with shrimp paste and cheese🧀, a shrimp paste morning glory🥬, a rice🍚, and the interesting part of the rice is that there was a coconut shell🥥stuffed with pork belly🐷, making the pork not only savoury but with a slight of sweetness.
