Sake Central, a hidden sake bar inside PMQ that serves different kinds of sake and japanese cuisine🍜🍥🍶🍣 𝕄𝕒𝕥𝕔𝕙𝕒𝕞𝕚𝕤𝕦 🍵🍰this matchamisu is surely a surprise, made with alternate layers of matcha brownie and matcha sake kasu, followed by a fluffy layer of matcha mascarpone topped with pistachio nuts𝕎𝕒𝕘𝕪𝕦 𝕣𝕚𝕔𝕖 🥩🍳wagyu with rice seasoned with mushroom ragu and egg yolk. the rice was flavourful but slightly overshadowed the taste of wagyu 𝕂𝕒𝕥𝕤𝕦 𝕤𝕒𝕟𝕕𝕠 🥬🐖🥪made with hokkaido pork belly and tonkatsu sauce,
