1. Daina Junmai Ginjou Origarami, from Tochigi -rather bitter for me
2. Sawa-no-Hana Junmai Daiginjou Nakadori, from Nagano -with strong fragrance, good nosing
3. Shichida Junmai Un-Filteredee Nama Genshu, from Saga - similar to Chinese wine at lower alcohol percentage
4. Shishi-no-Sato Junmai Ginjou Nakadori, from Ishikawa-very fruity, most ladies would like it
5. Azuma-no-Fumoto Tokubetsu Junmai, from Yamagata-highly recommended by the restaurant, gentle, suitable for matching wide range of food
but lack of strong character
6. Koshi-no-Kagetora, from Niigata-not bad, easy to drink
7. Hana-abi Junmai Ginjou Un-filtered Nama, from Saitama-quite strong, similar to Chinese wine
8. 花阳浴, from Saitama - not very special, not bad
9. Specially arranged by the restaurant, not on the list but picture as shown below. Actually not bad, after-taste is good.
As it's sake tasting dinner, they have a set to serve with. However, seems it's not really pairing.
8 courses including appetizer, sashimi, sushi, noodle and dessert. Portion is small but enough for filling up my stomach.Quality is just so so, especially the grill fish, can be much better. Noodle should be the key selling point here. Shall come over again to try their noodle.
