I haven't had Sushi Express in a long time. That cheap $8 a plate rotating sushi bar. Much to my surprise in finding it in Kwai Chung Plaza! With new items! Obviously, in I went!Sushi Express needs no real introduction. It's a rotating sushi bar. You get 40 minutes to eat and every thing is $8 each. This was pretty good. A regular roll with imitation crab, cucumber and egg.
This was the worst. The fish was hard and had a strong fishy taste. I wouldn't recommend this one. It tasted like dried fish.
But this! This was the best. Sakura mochi! The mochi was soft. Inside was a semi sweet white azuki paste. The pickled sakura went well with everything. I think we grabbed another plate. I loved it so much!
