The dish was made with Black sesame, lavender, and cherry gazpacho, served with some crisp bread. 

Burrata is my favourite kind of cheese because it was even smoother, creamier, and softer than mozarella cheese. It mostly promotes a fresh milky taste and it was not savoury at all. I really enjoyed having it on those crispy bread served on the side.

You should be breaking the mango yolk and mixing the juice that into the salad.

Beetroot has just a mellow earthy taste, while goat cheese gave a savoury pungent taste and mango gave a sweet finish to this sexy salad.

Lastly, we have ordered our favourite cocktail, The “Sake”.

Their modern take on the Japanese sake is a fruity concoction, a mixture of vodka, kiwi, lime and a little wasabi for that extra flair. The spicy kick from the wasabi wears off from the sourness fresh the kiwi puree.
