Lingnan Express seems to be a basic canteen-style eatery located on the Lingnan University campus, serving straightforward dishes for students and staff. I tried their tea set which came with fries and pork chop. The tea was standard and unmemorable. The fries and pork chop were fairly generic, lacking in seasoning and flavor. While the food suffices as a convenient and affordable meal option for those on campus, Lingnan Express does not appear to be a destination for an exciting culinary experi
