A colourful array of sweet and savoury treats are arranged exquisitely on wooden and transparent plates of different shapes. The afternoon tea surrounded by grass, flower and butterfly ornaments to let guests immerse in a verdant and vigorous atmosphere. The jasmine-scented tomato consommé serves as a refreshing prelude to the delicate morsels to come.

Shades of orange and green reveal the distinct characteristics of the desserts. A few shades darker, the rose and blackcurrant cake is bursting with fragrances of fresh flower and fruit, as if it came from the same rose bushes that give birth to SABON’s GREEN BREEZE items. The grapefruit mousse sable strikes the ideal balance between sweet and sour, while its amber counterpart jasmine and bergamot chocolate gateaux conveys the citrus’ outstanding musky attributes in the mousse alongside nutty flavours of cacao, drawing a parallel to the beauty label’s luscious, bergamot-focused SUNNY LUSH series.

The traditional English scones are given a tea-forward twist in the new afternoon tea menu, as guests can enjoy the Earl Grey and matcha scones baked from scratch at the hotel every day.
