Service and food to be improved

I went to the lunch with my friend today. I made a booking on OpenRice. The experience was below expectation. Both service and food need to be improved. Service: the waiters seems not to be experienced. My OpenRice apps later showed I was absent for the booking. I have clearly communicated with waiter for my booking when I arrived and I was shocked the restaurant marked my booking as absent. The waiter seemed quite new to restaurant when we ordered the food. Service: the waiters seems not to be experienced. My OpenRice apps later showed I was absent for the booking. I have clearly communicated with waiter for my booking when I arrived and I was shocked the restaurant marked my booking as absent. The waiter seemed quite new to restaurant when we ordered the food.

Food: the choice was limited for the lunch menu. The food didn’t look or taste as fine cuisine. I ordered the grill chicken. The food reminded me of those restaurant serving on American highway rather than Argentina.

A lot of space to be improved in this restaurant. I hope they can create a real Argentina vibe to the customers
