From the maitre d to the manager, they consistently proof that service is their ultimate weakness. Unless if being rude is their thing. I booked a table for lunch at 130, place was decently filled but not crazily hectic. The maitre d came along after a couple minutes of waiting. Asked me for my reservation details. Left me standing there. Without a smile she asked if my companion has arrived yet. Then, with that smack on her face brought me to my table. I don't expect a lot of service during lunch time and that met my expectation. What surprised me was how rude the manager was. Towards the end of lunch, he came to my friend's back and loudly crushed the bread take out bag in front of her face. I think he prolly didn't like the fact that we sat for too long. But that was so rude and unacceptable. Totally shocked at what standard this industry has came down to.
