I do very seldom write any reviews and we are a regular at Pizza Express. Always been pretty happy. Omg today, New Year’s Day of all days, the service was appalling, or non-existent. Got me so angry that I have to write this note. Quality definitely going downhill for this chain, especially at this branch.
