It was a welcome-back dinner for our old school mate who was married to Los Angeles 4 years back. Apparently, my schoolmate made a wrong pick. To be fair, food quality is not bad and the décor’ is nice too but the problems are its business practice and service delivery. Dishes are comparable with Crystal Jade but they lack of originality. In other words, it is just like another copy-cat. My schoolmates reserved a table a few days ago, went there in a group of 10 after 7:15pm on Sept 17 Friday

To be fair, food quality is not bad and the décor’ is nice too but the problems are its business practice and service delivery.
Dishes are comparable with Crystal Jade but they lack of originality. In other words, it is just like another copy-cat.
My schoolmates reserved a table a few days ago, went there in a group of 10 after 7:15pm on Sept 17 Friday and were unexpectedly told to leave before 8:30pm.
Starting 8pm, a waitress and a senior supervisor keep reminding us to surrender our table on or before 8:30pm to make way for another round of business turnover despite the fact that we topped up our orders for different dishes after 8pm.
Worse still, the girl was hurrying us again and again given that some dishes we ordered are not yet delivered.
At 8:20pm, a male attendant sent us the bill but no smile goes with the delivery. His attitude is something like ‘settle the bill and you have to go’.
We are so fed up with this kind of service quality and therefore, you earn no tips from us.
We won’t visit this place again, for sure and I am very likely to pen down what we encountered this evening to your landlord.
