What caught my attention was the big sign that said Tuesdays and Thursday is buy one get one free if you have a movie ticket. The second thing that caught my eye was the smiling and very hospitable manager waiting at the entrance. He answered all my questions and welcome me into the restaurant. The ambience of orderliness, cleanliness and comfortable, spacious seating is what drew me to stay in the restaurant. There is seating by the window and also an open kitchen area to watch the chefs throw up the pizza dough in the air. The tap water was atrocious, the pizza was good, although the flavour could have been stronger with more pepperoni, tomato sauce and cheese. The salad was fresh and juicy and exceeded my expectations. The dessert sampler platter was good enough to satisfy my sweet tooth. The cheesecake was okay, but I am still looking for the perfect cheesecake. Overall, the best thing about Pizza Express is the ambience and the smiling service.
