shame on you, ramen jo!

when to give ramen jo a try as it was pretty empty on a wednight night. ordered the wagyu beef and poached egg on rice and their fried chicken. had to wait around 20 minutes for the food to come. i told myself, it should be good. when the food got there, i was served burnt scrambled egg instead of poached egg. so i called the waiter and said "this is not poached egg", she agreed- she said "ya this is not. sorry ya sorry". they literally just took them burnt scrambled eggs out (as they were still

when to give ramen jo a try as it was pretty empty on a wednight night. ordered the wagyu beef and poached egg on rice and their fried chicken. had to wait around 20 minutes for the food to come. i told myself, it should be good. when the food got there, i was served burnt scrambled egg instead of poached egg. so i called the waiter and said "this is not poached egg", she agreed- she said "ya this is not. sorry ya sorry". they literally just took them burnt scrambled eggs out (as they were still some left on my rice) and served me back beef over rice. the male waiter told me "sorry our machine can't make poached egg right now, do you want scrambled eggs again or the ramen egg" .... i was like woahh?? machine for poaching eggs? even i can poached an egg myself at home. bad bad service, they could have asked in the first place instead of just putting burnt scrambled eggs on my rice. what a shame as the beef was edible. 
as for the chicken- it was bland, not well covered with the flour and very very VERY OILY.
