Star of Canton used to my regular place for dimsum when they had a branch at East Point City in 2009.Since it closed I haven't been for decades.The branch at Infinitus Plaza is really convenient so went here for dinner.I was really impressed with the modern tea cups but funnily enough, you still have to wash them!!Tea and appetizers are charged.Appetizers:I was excited to see apple fritters but sadly they have stopped doing it.In the end, tried the new BBQ pork dish which was really good as they

I was excited to see apple fritters but sadly they have stopped doing it.
In the end, tried the new BBQ pork dish which was really good as they use Iberico Pork which was tender and chunky.
It came with soup which was crammed with Chinese delicacies eg fish maw, abalone and sea cucumber etc.
The braised vegetables in fermented red beancurd sauce was really good but it wasn't braised because you could taste and see that it was stir fried then put into the ceramic pot!
Finished with the fried noodles which was spicy and high in sodium!
