菜遠牛肉湯河粉Oh dear. It was almost shocking to experience such a big failure for such a simple noodle dish. There was hardly any soup, and the little soup it had was literally water with salt, and some oil floating on top. It tasted like nothing besides water and salt. I have never tasted such a lame soup base. The noodles themselves were of incredibly bad quality – all of different lengths (most were shorter than my finger and very hard to pick up with chopsticks), and overcooked, such that bit
