Tonight I have early dinner at M3 Italian alone after work.There are a few customers enjoying happy hours. While the bar offers some attractive dinner set for two, I being alone decide to take a simple dinner.I order a roasted lobster tail risotto in lobster sauce. I order a roasted lobster tail risotto in lobster sauce. I top up this main to a set with soup and dessert.
I take a black truffle wild mushroom cream soup. The soup is rich and creamy. It is full of flavour and smells good. If less salt is added, it will be even tastier.
Risotto with lobster tail looks attractive and is super yummy. Its quality compares well with those prepared by high end restaurants. Every bite is a creamy and tasty comfort. The roasted lobster tail is delicious. The lobster sauce is rich. The fresh mushroom, tomato and asparagus inside the risotto are nice. Though the portion is quite big, I finish the whole dish easily.
Finally I enjoy a small Pavlova cake. It is a show-stopping meringue based dessert named after the Russian ballerina Anna Pavlova. Made with egg white, sugar, fresh fruit etc, it is light and fluffy. It will give you a pleasant surprise.
I enjoy my dinner very much. When I leave, the bar is already full.
