Fung Shing is famous for scrambled milk and many other Shunde dishes.I went to this one because it seemed the oldest out of the bunch located in Whampoa near exit D2.Here are the Shunde classics that we had:The scrambled milk is a signature of Shunde cuisine which is delicate and smooth.Next was the crispy chicken which is always tasty.I loved the chicken wings and chicken drumstick as the chicken was flavourful and tender.The Chinese soup was good as it had a lot of mushrooms in it.Prawn toast

Prawn toast is another signature.
There was minced pigeon which is eaten with lettuce.
To finish off, there was fried rice and vegetables. I was actually looking forward to dessert as the baked sago pudding is always the best but this time is was sweeter than the one we had at Kowloon Bay.
The other dessert fared better as it wasn't so sweet topped with lots of desiccated coconut and peanuts.
