Cafe Whale (已結業)

Aberdeen, at last, has a burger joint to do it proud! I enjoyed the Cafe Whale’s Angus cheeseburger, prepared by a fiercely minimalist chef: medium-cooked premium beef, real Swiss with onion (but only enough to flatter the taste of the meat). Couldn’t decide whether I wanted more onion or not. Maybe next time (knowing that I might ruin an excellent burger). The cafe’s owned, run and staffed by a bunch of young people who clearly have a sense of focus and purpose when it comes to serving up food.
