Meeting friends at Yuen Long for a short lunch while preferring to have great green food, ourfinal consent was Pizza Express. I made a booking via phone as expecting restaurant would be busy during rush hour especially on Sunday. Iced Lemon Tea
The greatest advantage of ordering lemon tea is the unlimited refills when compared to
more expensive options of specialty drinks or alcoholic beverages. Although lemon tea is a
regular drink, the feeling of cool during consumption was refreshing.

Starters – Mixed Salad
Ingredients included tomatoes, cucumbers and mesclun greens mixed with dressings.
Although the portion was small, we looked forward to main dishes’ portion while enjoying
the original tastes of fresh salad.

to be introduced next as my friend was eager to try ahead of my photo shooting action!
Main Dish – Chicken Caesar Salad
The portion of main dish was reasonable. The freshness and presentation were nice. Sliced chicken
and pancetta mixed with lettuce and parmesan cheese contained rich flavor, enjoyable together
with crispy crouton!

The baked dough sticks had an outstanding soft texture, no wonder the restaurant is famous
for their dough production and baking skills.
Main Dish – Farfalle ai Porcini
The butterfly shape pastas were cute, since we seldom cook farfalle at home ourselves, we did have
high expectation on the taste and texture.
In fact, we all enjoyed the dish very much, truffle oil enlightened the scent of dish while mushrooms
were tender, a nice combination of vegetarian choice.

The portion of dishes were adequate and for 3 of us easily consumed all in short period of time as
our demand on food portion during lunch was not immense.
Personally, would recommend ordering additional dough balls or bigger portion of salad with a
variety of green choices for a wonderful healthy meal!
