Food court in Hysan Place basement is a little paradise in hectic Causeway Bay. I went there for lunch with a friend at 1:45pm today. It's not busy at all given it's during summer holiday. We took a seat at the far end that allowed us to have girls talk. We ordered noodles & fried chicken. The spicy one was really good. Generous portion when compared to other ramen shops. If you're ordering noodles without the soft boiled egg, I'd strongly recommend you to add it as a side, which is definitely a highlight of the meal.
The skin of the fried chicken was crispy outside while tender & juicy inside. Good to share with friends (3pcs for $18).
