The seafood platter composed of a whole Squid, Tiger Prawn, Eel and Green Papaya Salad. The freshly grilled eel was seasoned only with salt, the robust flavour of the eel was perfect to go with the Thai herbs sauce.
The flesh of the Tiger Prawn was meaty and bouncy, the green papaya on the side was a great pairing.
The whole squid was grilled just perfect with that nice smoky BBQ char-grilled flavour.
