係中環好多酒吧嘅一個寧靜嘅小角落,發現呢間餐廳,餐廳外面有好靚嘅燈飾,帶女朋友嚟撐枱腳啱哂前菜係香橙香蔥花蛤,花蛤厚肉鮮甜,配埋orange zest 味道好突出,食落有淡淡嘅香檳味我哋叫咗杯白酒配海鮮,sancerre blanc味道溫和after taste都好mild,同 seafood好matchmixed berry lemon olive oil sorbet係細細碗嘅mouth amuser,整得好精緻,粉嫩嘅顏色好靚grilled ribeye beef skewer有mushroom, zucchini,bell pepper,色彩鮮豔好靚,再淋上黑色嘅燒烤汁烤嘅牛肉入面都仲係好粉嫩,食落好鬆軟,肉質幼嫩,grill得夠靚好好食辣椒橄欖炒意粉幾特別,用咗linguine嚟炒,又有比較少見嘅辣椒橄欖,食落酸酸哋幾開胃,上面仲有少少basil leaves 撈埋chilli olive oil,食落都幾辣,幾惹味香檳杯裝住嘅甜酒,襯返個甜品就最夾light sweet嘅感覺可以幫今晚嘅呢餐劃上完美嘅句號炸mixed berries春卷配朱古力醬春卷皮好酥脆,薄薄嘅一層包最

題外話:老闆娘好好人會同我哋傾偈,講起佢好多菜式都係用olive oil 整
原來佢對橄欖油好有研究,餐廳嘅菜式好多都用咗idiada青橄欖油,啲橄欖都係用樹頂嘅,接受最多陽光,最靚
而且啲菜式都係佢自己設計,有心機
