Skewer is one of the best Japfood and is great pairing with drinks. Becoz we all love chicken wings, we ordered another one.For the newbie - the lotus root, it appeared to be so Chinese to me. There wasn't much pork in it, but I loved this one, for it made the lotus a healthier alternative to chips!

Mostly sweet and a bit sour, a nice balance I would say. Loved the slide of pineapple they put in the drink! Went well with most of the skewers.

It came with Miso soup and Appetiser.
The portion was so big (the eel is over 20cm long!) that we needed to share! A bit salty, would recommend to pair with sake.
