4 of us for dinner. Comprehensive wine list. Ordered a bottle of Sancerre. 鬼馬咕嚕肉- the 油炸鬼 was stuffed with shrimp. Meat used was Spanish Duroc pork, but I couldn’t really taste the difference after all the deep frying. (Apparently Duroc pigs feed on acorn rather than the usual pig feed.) The others loved it tho.
