I have always been wanting to try this stall as i heard alot of positive reviews from online and offline media. Since my wife was not free tonight and i finally have some free time alone, i decided to come over here to try their signature dish.Upon reaching, i realized their stall was quite small. Most of their seating were outdoor and the owner did his cooking in a small kitchen. It was very crowded and i need to wait around 20 minutes to get a seat.  While waiting, I read some of those article

While waiting, I read some of those articles pasted on the wall. The owner followed a Japanese chef for several years and thus stick by the traditional Japanese method. Their signature dishes were skewer items and crab roe.

特製激爆蟹黃飯 - Since i made my way here, i must try their signature food which was their crab roe rice. They only sold limited numbers of it every day and luckily i was able to grab hold of it. When it was served, the whole bowl was filled with crab roe, exactly the same as the photos. The crab roe was mixed with some pounded crab meat and there were also 2 crab legs provided as well. It was extremely tasty with mixed with the rice. It was salty and creamy with every bite, with some charred taste.
