duck cheung funthe cheung fun layer is very smooth, it's 手拉cheung fun!!! the duck meat is very tasty but not too fatty...portion of duck meat is large...soya sause is sweet enough, it's perfect!pig's liver and prawn son cheung funpig's liver is just 熟and very fun, very smooth!! prawn son is not small and soft enough~dried vegetable pork congeejust like home made congee, not much MSG, but too much bone, not much pork.....the congee is 綿and rice is all broken
