The kitchen is pretty nice too, with dish names written on plastic plates that are often seen in traditional Chinese restaurant. Look up and you will see the pillars in lion dancing which the lion steps on to get the lettuce. If you want to learning more about traditional lion dancing, you should definitely pay a visit. They also sell products like umbrellas and stickers with lion dancing theme.

Okay, enough for the interior design and decoration. Back to the food. I ordered two items for dinner. First one was these Sweet & Sour Shrimp Wontons. They were freshly fried and served hot! Crunchy skin wrapping fresh and meaty shrimps, these wontons did bring back some childhood memories! The sweet and sour dressing topped up the flavor of the wontons just to the right amount. Amazing! For HKD$28, I have no complains for this quality and quantity.

Second thing I ordered was this 63 Degree Egg on Flat Noodles with X.O. Sauce. I was quite shocked when I saw all the spring onion on top, as I don’t eat them, and didn’t realize that there would be so much…Don’t get me wrong, it’s just my personal preference, so if you are not a spring onion lover like me, make sure you remember to tell them to go without it.

I spent some minutes removing all the spring onion professionally, so that I could enjoy the dish.

Seriously, the 63 degree onsen egg was superb! After the time spent on removing the spring onion, it’s still runny and warm with the noodles underneath. Its yolk was just right to let you mix with the noodles to eat so that the noodles wouldn’t get stuck together. The X.O. sauce was definitely amazing! Oh my, HKD$33 for this bowl might seem a bit pricey at first, but it’s actually quite worthy. Now I feel like I would visit again to try out other snacks on the menu, especially the salted egg yolk fried chicken nuggets!
Make sure you are a responsible customer by cleaning up after you have finished your meal!
