Bifteck is 1 years old. To celebrate their anniversary, they have different promotions each day. What caught my eye was their A5 Snow Aged Wagyu being promoted every Sunday at a discount price at 328(the price varies other times but usually costs $500). One point that they could have improved was serving the 2 main courses. They served both of them at once to me and I ate it quite in a hurry as I didn't want the dish to cool down.

The Snow Aged Wagyu was amazing. The fat distribution was just right without being too oily. The fried red onions were just as impressive. However, for myself, I loved the rump even more.
