為鼓勵食肆透過提供食物份量選擇和採取減少廚餘措施,與顧客共同從源頭減少廚餘,環境保護署推出了「咪嘥嘢食店」計劃,參與食肆如符合評核準則將獲「咪嘥嘢食店」認可資格和獲發「咪嘥嘢食店」的標誌及標貼,以供張貼於店舖內和宣傳,供顧客識別。此計劃全年均接受申請,申請費用全免。

Having seen the plethora of people waiting to get a table at this restaurant, we were hopeful that a quality dim sum spot had arrived at our door step. How disappointed we were once we finally got our opportunity to taste their dishes. Having spent ten years here and being married to a HK-foodie, I've had my fair share of dim sum. Having seen the plethora of people waiting to get a table at this restaurant, we were hopeful that a quality dim sum spot had arrived at our door step.

How disappointed we were once we finally got our opportunity to taste their dishes.

Having spent ten years here and being married to a HK-foodie, I've had my fair share of dim sum. This fall within the worst 5% category, although it's prices are certainly higher than many others.

The rice roll / dumpling skin on every dish was thick and gooey. The BBQ pork within was utterly tasteless, apart from the odd bit of unchewable grit. The deep-fried dishes were prepared to the worst imaginable standard, while the battered calamari was in fact just fried and had no batter.

We shan't be back. There is an increasing amount of much better restaurants opening in this area, such as Modern Shanghai. Your money would be better spent at the McDonalds here; at least your expectations will be appropriately managed.
