Cafe hunting again! This coffee shop was being marked on my wish to go list for a while and finally we had a tea there in a Sunday afternoonIt is a very small coffee shop with around 15 seats. We were so lucky that wasn't a busy Sunday afternoon so we could get a table easily.We ordered a roasted beef with chedder and grilled onion sandwich, a plain scone with vanilla cream, a latte and a cappuccino.This beef sandwich was very yum. We ordered a roasted beef with chedder and grilled onion sandwich, a plain scone with vanilla cream, a latte and a cappuccino.
This beef sandwich was very yum. Crispy toasted bread with fresh salad veg and melted chedder cheese were perfectly match. I love they added grilled onion in this sandwich. It just made the sandwich more tasty.
This one was just so so. I don't really like to texture of this scone. It was a bit dry and not soft enough. But I am very apperciate the vanilla cream. I could see the vanilla seed on the cream. They made this with real vanillaThe cream was very soft with rich in vanilla flavor.
As the cafe is surround by a very pleasant coffee aroma, we had a quite high expectation in their coffee.
However, the coffee were under our expectation as it tasted not as rich as its smell. The espresso base was quite weak and has weak after taste. We were very disappointed with their coffee.
