I tried the 72% chocolate milk and requested less ice and the cashier told me bluntly that i would get less volume in my drink for such request😳i hv NEVER ever got that reply in any other restaurant. It shows how stingy n mean this business is. For a big company like this, they want to maximize their profits fm a few blocks of cheap ice??? Unbelievable I witnessed the whole process of its making just lots of milk n I didn’t feel like drinking 72% of chocolate but simply sugar loaded chocolate mi

i hv NEVER ever got that reply in any other restaurant. It shows how stingy n mean this business is. For a big company like this, they want to maximize their profits fm a few blocks

I witnessed the whole process of its making just lots of milk n I didn’t feel like drinking 72% of chocolate but simply sugar loaded chocolate milk for the overpriced $55 no next time.
