When I knew this shop nearby my office, I was so excited to have a new place for tailor made salad in Central. I visited there yesterday.Environment: it’s nice with seating area and was surprised there was so many tables available compared with urban and pret a manger at landmarkFood: menu is too lengthy. I just ordered a “create by own” salad with romaine, cherry tomato, cucumber, sprouts, beetroot, chickpeas and green apple with LITTLE tarragon tomato vinaigrette. The romaine was not fresh and crunchy as expected that disappointed me. I love their beetroots were raw without any marinated but they were cut in tiny pieces...... other ingredients were normal. I dislike the vinaigrette coz can’t taste any aroma from tarragon except purely sour. Portion is slightly small and I believe it’s due to the cost of seating area. One more thing, so many normal ingredients required additional money. As a salad person, their salad is not competitive at all.
Service: the workflow from order to food collections was a messy. It was slow, confusing the new customers and so many staff working at a small area. Suggest they should learn from Maxims operation 😏
Also, the cashier was a bit rude.
My friends ordered wrap which was opposite the salad in terms of portion and taste. So will try the wrap next time but no-no for the salads.
