We ordered baby back ribs and they were too hard, so hard that we cannot even cut with knife. The waiter tried and cannot cut also and said yes is too hard. Then they made another which can cut but not chewable, it's too dry and not tender at all. Apparently, some genius from the restaurant over there told us this is made with dry rub, so the ribs are too dry. In half slab, only 4 pcs were given, for $250 plus 10%.
