This time I am going to write something not so usual in this Cafe, their breakfast.First to remind is their pricing structure. It is a regular price coffee (on the back of the menu) that come along with a specially priced HKD 15 breakfast, not the vice versa. Back to the dish, the taste of the sausage is quite mild, some might say it's blend. But I rather enjoy this taste together with the sunny shine up eggs on very little grease. They taste good for a complimentary price of HKD 15. The toast is a star! Although the bread itself is not very outstanding, the way they toast it just gives it a perfect crunchy bite even I took my time to take photographs and check my facebook for 10 mins before biting them.
Coffee is good as usual. I won't say how good they are, they have already set their own benchmark. It may not be the beans that provides the favour, it should be the way they distill that preserve most of the favour.
The down side is the temperature of the milk that comes with the coffee. It was cold from the fridge. But the waitresses are helpful enough to change it to a warm one on request. I suspect they just don't make it standard on purpose to save time. Poor decision to me!
題外話/補充資料：
Helpful and honest waitress there. Willing to help all the time and attentive. It is those waitress who positively explain the pricing of the breakfast and tried every effort to make sure the guests all understand what they are going to pay for what. Well done.
I have a cold now. Because I last visited the Cafe in the morning (for breakfast of course) at 10am, the moment they opened. I have to say that the Air conditioning is toooooooo cold and anyone without Arctic clothing would get a cold after 10 mins. Even the waitress can't help, it's central air-conditioning. So, do dress "well" to visit there.
